Data Deletion

If you talked to a clinic on Instagram

• On Instagram, open Settings and privacy › Apps and websites, find DRChat and remove its access. Meta notifies us automatically and we start deleting your data.
• Or email thynkrai@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion", including your Instagram username and the clinic you talked to.

If you are a client clinic

• Disconnect the Instagram account in the platform settings or request cancellation by emailing thynkrai@gmail.com.
• After cancellation, all of the clinic's data is deleted within 30 days.

What is deleted

Messages, comments, contact details, appointments and access tokens related to you. We may keep only what the law requires, such as access logs for 6 months (Brazil's Internet Civil Framework), and the record of the deletion request itself.

Follow-up

Requests made through Instagram receive a confirmation code and a link to this page. Email requests are answered with the deletion confirmation.
